Although we have a great base on the Estate, our teambuilding activities and events can take place throughout the Lake District.

With a management team that, combined, have over 5 decades of experience in the teambuilding industry, we’re a group of dedicated individuals who are all passionate about what we do.

Those years really do add up, and we’re known for our highly personal, professional and creative approach, producing effective and motivating events.

From training and development to management retreats, graduate inductions, product launches, staff incentives, team thank yous and customer events, there really isn’t anything we can’t do.

We design our clients’ events and activities to exceed expectations. From the traditional to the unique, we’ll create a memorable event that meets your objectives.

We could give you a long list of event concepts, but we’re not going to. Our preference is always to talk, to listen to your objectives and then propose options that suit, with perhaps a wild card or two thrown in.
