Whilst the strength of our offering is based on our flexibility, creativity and ability to put together bespoke experiences we’ve found that our guests find it useful to see some suggestions. The following appear on this page due to their popularity.
Originally designed as an antithesis to discussing sales targets for corporate clients but equally popular with groups, friends and families, we’ll give your team the chance to re-energise, enjoy the fresh air and aim for targets of a very different kind. On Target is a fun and highly competitive event where teams or individuals will go head to head in various target disciplines including clay pigeon shooting, archery and axe throwing with the overall aim of scoring the most points.
A rotation around three of our most popular activities; 4×4 driving, clay pigeon shooting and archery (in the winter) or RIB ride (in the summer months).
This package is ideal for those wishing to enjoy some activity before their lunch or dinner. We’ll collect you by Land Rover Defender from your accommodation and travel to our off-road course to enjoy the Graythwaite 4×4 experience. Cumbria boasts a vast and varied collection of pubs, restaurants, hotels and quirky cafes to eat and drink, with the most Michelin stars outside London. Following the off-road adventure, you’ll be driven to your chosen dining venue to enjoy some locally prepared food and brewed ale or gin perhaps. The experience doesn’t end there; our instructor will be on hand to return you to your accommodation, leaving you the opportunity to be better acquainted with the wine list!
We’ve joined two of our favourite pastimes for this popular package. This can either be run as a two-hour introductory session aimed at a family audience or extended to a full day course including wild food preparation and advanced open boat paddling techniques … the choice is yours.
Our increasingly popular activity that sees the bride’s party challenge the groom’s party to some friendly competition. Often held in the days preceding the wedding to let off some steam or the day after the wedding to keep the celebrations going, this fabulously fun and highly entertaining event is a great shared experience for both families. Typically, we include archery, catapult build, grass skis, space hopper racing, monster SUP and more but the choice is yours.
A great day out for families looking for a full or half day adventure that the children will be talking about long after they return to school. Combining bushcraft skills, a thrilling 4×4 safari and campfire cooking at ‘The View’ overlooking Windermere this day is what school holidays and weekends are made for. There’ll be guaranteed ‘making memories’ moments and plenty of photo opportunities too. A perfect day.
