Archery in The Lake District

Adjacent to our clay pigeon shooting site, nestled in the heart of the estate, on the shores of Lake Windermere, is our archery range.

Here’s your chance to channel your inner Robin Hood and practice the ancient skill of archery. Your friendly and experienced instructor will provide the all-important safety briefing followed by expert tuition for novices and skilled archers alike, before introducing the various competitive rounds of fun target challenges to test your party resulting in one of you being crowned ‘Top Archer’!!

This family friendly and fun experience allows the entire family to take part; quite often the children out-do the adults, so watch out! Or, if there are only adults in your party, likely to become quite a competitive experience.

Why not embrace your inner lumberjack and add axe throwing to your experience? 

Surrounded by peace and quiet and Lake District estate land, this is the perfect location to learn something new or brush up on your target skills. 

There are shelters at the range, should the weather be inclement (we are in the Lakes, after all). As with all our experiences, this will be private for your booking.
