The very best experiences can be delivered but lasting memories are often of the people you met.  Our team share the same love of what we do and why we do it.  We carefully select people who are going to thrive in our environment, learn and blossom as individuals, bring something to the table that we don’t have, and who we think are going to enhance the customer experience.  Our team share our ethos, the love of the great outdoors and the adventure of sunrise paddleboarding and sundown off-roading.  They boast an abundance of relevant National Governing Body qualifications and have gained experience in the Lakes, UK wide and further afield.

We all muck in, we’re flexible, keen to learn and grow personally and professionally and simply love what we do.
